Add your Conecta-Reclamos complaints book (Libro de Reclamaciones) to any page of your WordPress site.

== Description ==

Conecta-Reclamos is a complaints book (Libro de Reclamaciones) service for businesses in Peru. This plugin shows your book inside your own WordPress site, so your customers can file a complaint without leaving it. Every complaint goes straight to your Conecta-Reclamos panel.

* Connects to your account with an integration token.
* Shows your legal name, tax ID (RUC) and website at the top of the book.
* Same sections and fields as the book hosted by Conecta-Reclamos.
* Flat, minimal two-colour design. You choose both colours.
* Uses your site's typography. It can also take the colours, fields and buttons of your theme.
* The form is shown to your customers in Spanish.

You need a Conecta-Reclamos account with an active plan that includes API integrations.

== External services ==

This plugin is an interface to the Conecta-Reclamos service, provided by Iteraciona EIRL. It cannot work without it. It connects to the Conecta-Reclamos API (`https://api.conecta-reclamos.com`) in two cases:

1. **To load your company data.** When you save the plugin settings, when you press "Actualizar ahora", and at most once per hour while the book is being displayed, your WordPress server sends your integration token to the service. The service answers with your company's legal name, tax ID (RUC), website, the address of your public book and the list of your active branches. No visitor data is sent in this request.
2. **To file a complaint.** When a visitor submits the book, their browser sends the form directly to the service: names, identity document number, email, phone number, address, the branch, product or service, amount, receipt and the text of the complaint. As with any web request, the service also receives the visitor's IP address. Nothing is sent before the visitor presses the submit button.

The plugin does not load any external script, font or tracker.

== Installation ==

1. Upload the plugin folder to `/wp-content/plugins/`, or install it from Plugins > Add New.
2. Activate the plugin.
3. Go to Settings > Conecta-Reclamos, paste your integration token and save.
4. Add the shortcode `[conecta_reclamos]` to the page where you want to show the book.

== Frequently Asked Questions ==

= Where do I get the token? =

In your Conecta-Reclamos panel. The token starts with `cr_` and is shown only once, when you generate it.

= How do I match the book to my site? =

In Settings > Conecta-Reclamos, choose the two colours of the book, or switch to the "Tema del sitio" style to use the colours, fields and buttons of your theme. From your theme's CSS you can also change the variables `--cr-ink`, `--cr-paper`, `--cr-radius`, `--cr-radius-card`, `--cr-gap`, `--cr-shadow` and `--cr-edge` on `.cr-libro`.

= I changed my branches or my legal name and the book does not show it =

The data refreshes by itself every hour. To see it right away, press "Actualizar ahora" in Settings > Conecta-Reclamos.

= What happens to the data when I uninstall the plugin? =

Uninstalling removes the plugin settings from your site, including the token. The complaints already filed stay in your Conecta-Reclamos account.
